Loading Screen doesn't process search request#5

This load screen after submitting a search query has been on the loading screen for a couple of hours…

I’ve refreshed after 15 minutes, and again after 30 min.

Now i’ve just let it run this morning and it’s continuing to just load.

I’ve given in and decided that someone in the management will hopefully take charge and handle this software so it’ll load search results – please.
